Werner Fischer was a chef and had a restaurant in Berlin from the end of the sixties until the mid-seventies. He is almost forgotten although he was very special - in short: he cooked the whole zoo. From cebu to snake, elephant and crocodile. What makes this book my number one is the outstanding photography and the curious recipes. He was really ahead his time.
