Henrietta Green, author of The FoodLovers Guide to Britain is an award-winning food writer, TV Presenter and broadcaster. She founded FoodLoversBritain and FoodLovers Fairs – which launched the consumer Borough Market and CherryAid, a campaign to save the British cherry and its traditional orchards.
