Colman Andrews, an internationally known food writer and editor, is vice-president and editorial director of TheDailyMeal.com, a food and drink mega-site. He was the co-founder and an editor-in-chief of Saveur, and is the author of nine books on food, including cookbooks about the cuisines of Catalonia and the Italian Riviera, a biography of chef Ferran Adrià, an appreciation of American food products called The Taste of America, and a memoir, My Usual Table: A Life in Restaurants.
