Borra Garson founded her talent management agency Deborah McKenna Limited over 20 years ago, after training at David Higham Associates. “DML” works with celebrity chefs and lifestyle presenters and covers a whole range of services beyond simply literary and media support. Borra established her reputation working with Gary Rhodes and then signed up the (then unknown) Jamie Oliver and represented him for many years. She has also worked with John Torode, Gordon Ramsay, and Paul Hollywood, and currently represents Tom Kerridge, Simon Rogan and Ollie Dabbous, among others. Still to this day, her favourite part of being an agent is signing up promising and unknown talent and growing their profile and nurturing them towards a long term, successful media career.
