Jeremy Cherfas is a biologist and communicator with a long-standing interest in food and agriculture. He has won awards for his books and his radio programmes and his latest venture, Eat This Podcast, which he produces every two weeks, was nominated for a James Beard Foundation award in 2015. His tagline reads "talking about anything around food," and that's his motivation: examining all aspects of the world around us through what we eat and drink.
