Celia Brooks moved to London from Colorado in 1989 and forged a career as a chef, food writer and business woman. Starting as a private chef for film director Stanley Kubrick, she went on to author 8 cookbooks. She makes regular TV appearances, and runs a highly successful food tour business in London called Gastrotours.
