Cath Kerry has been both an off-site caterer and a restaurateur. As a caterer, she specialized in doing great events in impossible places. As a chef and restaurateur, she set up the restaurant for Petaluma Winery at Bridgewater Mill and her last ‘gig’ was as director and executive chef of the critically acclaimed restaurant at the Art Gallery of South Australia – the Art Gallery Restaurant. She has received The Restaurant & Catering Association award for commitment and service to the Industry. She trains judges for the Restaurant & Catering Association’s national Awards for Excellence, writes about the importance of the table and makes cheese.
