The Bathers Pavilion Cookbook (International edition: The Taste of Australia. The Bathers Pavilion Cookbook) is Victoria’s first book. She is also the author of One, Colour, Real and Home. An enabler for others who want to turn their houses into homes, Victoria was once a fashion editor for Vogue Australia and Cosmopolitan, a creative director and Sydney’s first stylist. She established The Film Business, established, designed and ran The Russell Hotel and The Bathers Pavilion in Sydney. Widely travelled she completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) after selling her restaurant.
