Biography

Podcaster, digital content curator with over 20 years of experience across broadcast radio and digital media platforms. Creator/Producer/Host of Cookery by the Book Podcast where I talk to cookbook authors & learn the story behind the cookbook. Responsible for all aspects of show production, including booking, writing, editing, and recording, interviewing authors and cutting down interviews; assembling and mixing finished program in Audacity & GarageBand. I also make at least one recipe out of each cookbook in my tiny New York City kitchen. Every cookbook podcast is recorded at my dining room table. Demonstrated history of taking creative concepts from the drawing board to the public and developing two unique podcast formats.
