Cookbook author and freelance food, wine and travel writer, Roberta Muir, makes it easy for everyone to explore new cuisines, ingredients, wines and places through her small-group food and wine tours, fun foodie events, and online cooking classes. She has a Master of Arts degree in Gastronomy and is a certified Sherry educator and cheese judge. For almost 25 years she ran Australia’s largest recreational cooking school, Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Market, forming close alliances with many leading chefs and producers. Roberta is the author of the 'Sydney Seafood School Cookbook' and '500 Cheeses', and co-author of 'A Lombardian Cookbook' (with Chef Alessandro Pavoni), 'A Sardinian Cookbook' (with Chef Giovanni Pilu), and 'Wild Weed Pie' (with Chef Janni Kyritsis). She lives in Sydney, Australia and hosts annual small-group food & wine tours there and in Italy and Switzerland.
