Biography

Rita Erlich is a food writer with an interest in all aspects of food and eating: restaurant reviews, cooking, history, wine, horticulture, nutrition. She's the author/editor of more than 30 books, including 15 editions of The Age Good Food Guide. Her latest books are The Makers: a story of food, family and foreigners and SP: A Cook's Story (with chef Scott Pickett). She is a regular broadcaster on travel.
