Morena Leite is a Brazilian chef and cookbook author known for blending traditional Brazilian flavors with contemporary techniques. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she is the daughter of restauranteurs and runs Capim Santo, a celebrated restaurant in São Paulo. Leite is also the author of several cookbooks and a promoter of sustainable gastronomy and culinary education in Brazil.
