Biography

Martyna Angell is a passionate food blogger, food stylist, photographer and now an author based in Sydney. She is a qualified Health Coach who has a genuine passion for healthy living. She is also a regular contributor to the Australian Nourish magazine. Martyna’s food philosophy revolves around eating clean, real food most of the time. Because of a family history of numerous allergies and food sensitivities, her blog and now cookbook, The Wholesome Cook, is a place where she explores natural, real food and additive-free recipe ideas adaptable to suit different dietary needs.
