Martin created and opened the multifaceted venue M, in December 2014. M; in Threadneedle Street, London - comprises of both a 'Grill' and 'Raw' restaurant, wine bar, cocktail bar and more. The second M, is due to open in December 2015 in Victoria and will be opened by Exec Chef, Michael Reid.
