James Ramsden is a food writer, podcaster and co-owner of Pidgin restaurant in east London. He's the author of four cookbooks and co-presents The Kitchen Is On Fire podcast, a nominally food-based show that more often than not finds itself on occasionally crude and frequently hilarious tangents.
